    Break away is progressive, wet weather breaking is very impressive, longevity and resistance to squaring off even on long journeys has made the tyre a great companion for the money. My only gripe is a lack of sensation nearer the limit of cornering grip. although due to the smooth breakaway, understeer is relatively recoverable. Not bad at all.

    I am on my second pair, I think they provide great grip and ride quality. They feel much better than the BT45. They wear acceptably, around 9000 miles/14000 KM for rears double that for fronts. Judging from the other posts I guess they don't like German roads.

    I have been impressed. They look offroad&#39;ish and to be honest haven&#39;t had a chance to test them off road, but, have worked fabulously well through the winter on wet slippy roads and now its drying out I am discovering their dry grip is excellent. They ride like a road tyre.

    Excellent tire for both on and off road. My last tire was the aggressive Hidenau K60, which is great off road and miserable on road. This tire was a super comprise.

    Great tyres both on and off road. Never been able to lock the front wheel on tarmac and only lock the front on dirt on purpose. Use a different tyre on the rear of my bike but its a really great front tyre.

    My 35 mile commute to work was the main use of these tyres on all types of road. They feel secure in all weather conditions and are durable. I&#39;ve used Avon&#39;s for years and find them good value.

    Ride a triumph thruxton 900 2011 and the bike has terrible weave at speed and I&#39;ve spoken to various people with the same motorcycle and they all say the tyres are dangerous for this particular motorcycle

    A good alround tyre for a classic bike that is going to be ridden at typical road speed, I am happy with the overall performance, but the wear is high, I only get 4-5000 miles from a rear tyre, on the front there is only limited wear after over 7000 miles.

    When its sunny outside and when its warm tyres are ok (not perfect but you can drive), but when the road is wet or dirty and if its colder day, its dangerous to drive there is almost no grip. I almost fell few times on normal speed (even lower than speed limit)

    While breaking and rear wheel stop feeling is like tyre is very stiff and sliding on wet road easier like oryginnal honda tyre.

    Best tire by miles in the wet, confidence inspiring, good feedback, and even if it does let go, it does it progressively and smoothly. Doesn&#39;t deal with ice and/or snow as good as they look they would, but they will get you through it, just. better than others still. In the dry, it&#39;s quite possibly the worst. Handlebars vibrate quite a bit at speeds(only in dry), at 90+mph speeds all confidence is lost, somehow it provides less feedback in the dry as well. I personally use these tires from Oct to April, then swap it to normal tires, this way I have grip all year round.

    I&#39;ve been riding 39 years, Still lovin it &amp; still pulling the trigger. If a K1600 bangs past you It&#39;s probably me and wife. The tyres have been great over almost 3000km this summer in UK &amp; ireland (a lot of 2-up with luggage) with no sign of flatfacing yet. We will see how long they last .The best we&#39;ve had so far on our BMW tourer. &quot;pricey but nicey&quot;
