Participation period is 01.08.2020 to 30.09.2020. Participations outside the promotion period cannot be considered for the prize draw. By taking part in the prize draw, you agree to the conditions of participation.

Conditions of participation and data protection :

§1 Organizer/responsible person

The organizer of the competition is Delticom AG, Brühlstraße 11 in 30169 Hanover, as operator of the online shops My-tyres.co.uk and Moto-tyres.co.uk (hereinafter referred to as "organizer").

§2 Profit/prize

The prices are as follows:

1st place: 1x 500 EUR POLO voucher, redeemable in local shops or the online shop

2nd place: 1x SENA 50S or 1x SENA 50R of your choice

3rd place: 1x 180 GBP voucher for moto-tyres.co.uk

4th place: 1x Van Mell Bike Care Set

5th to 10th place: 1x Van Mell Paintwork Finish

Consolation prizes: 24x Van Mell Visor Protect

§3 Conditions of participation for the lottery

Any participant who participates in the SurveyMonkey  survey during the promotion period from 01.08.2020 to 30.09.2020 and who, in the final step, provides his/her e-mail address and first and last name can win.

Participation is only possible in their own name and limited to natural persons, provided they are not legally incompetent. Participation by third parties is not permitted. The minimum age for participation is 18 years. A participant can only participate once. Multiple participation is not possible. A cash payment of the prize or an exchange is excluded, even in parts. The claim is not transferable/assignable. The resale of the vouchers to third parties is not permitted. The vouchers cannot be combined with other discount campaigns and can only be redeemed in the stores and online shop of POLO respectively the online shop of Moto-tyres.co.uk.

§4 Implementation and processing

The participation period is the start of the survey at www.motorradreifendirekt.de from 01.08.2020 at 00:00 to 30.09.2020 at 23:59. During this time, eligible participants can take part in the competition by sending the above information (see §3 for details).

The winners will be randomly selected from all participants after the competition has been completed using a computer and will be notified by Delticom AG by e-mail. Upon notification of the prize, the address data of the winners will be requested for the purpose of sending the prizes. If the respective winner does not contact Delticom AG within one week of the notification of the prize, the claim to the prize expires without replacement.

The prizes will be sent to the specified address of the respective winners.

The data to Motorradreifendirekt.de must have been received in full in accordance with the conditions described above. Entries received after the promotion period will not be considered.

The organizer reserves the right to change, cancel or end the raffle at any time without prior notice and without giving reasons. If such a termination is caused by the behaviour of a participant, in particular also afterwards and/or with obvious absence of a participation intention, Motorradreifendirekt.de can exclude (also afterwards) individual participants. The change of participation conditions and the abort of the raffle will be announced by the organizer on the participating Internet presentation and by e-mail.

§5 Data protection, legal basis for data processing, data protection regulations

Delticom AG, Brühlstraße 11 in 30169 Hanover, is responsible for data protection within the meaning of Art. 4 No. 7 of the EU Data Protection Basic Regulation (DSGVO). We collect and process the following personal data to participate in the competition, to conduct the survey and to notify you of your winnings:

• First name and surname

• E-mail address

If the prize consists of a voucher, this will also be sent by e-mail under processing of the above personal data. If the prize can only be sent by post/parcel service, the data will also be used to notify the winner of the prize as well as the winner.

• Address data of the winners to query.

These will be collected and processed for the purpose of profit transfer. The legal basis for all data processing is Art. 6 Para. 1 b) DSGVO ("fulfilment of contract"). We process the personal data for the purposes of lottery registration, execution, and processing.

We collect and store survey responses for marketing purposes (e.g. to create advertising slogans or to plan marketing campaigns). During the storage period of the participant answers, it is technically possible, but not intended, to assign the answers to the respective participants. We draw general conclusions from the responses.

In connection with the execution of this competition, the personal data will be stored for three years from the beginning of the following year in accordance with the statutory limitation periods (criterion of storage). The permissibility of storage follows from Art. 6 para. 1 f) DSGVO ("legitimate interest"). It is our legitimate interest to store the data for legal defence purposes until the statute of limitations for possible claims of the participants from the competition has expired. Data processing is limited to verification purposes.

This survey will be evaluated by SurveyMonkey Europe UC, 2nd Floor, 2 Shelbourne Buildings, Shelbourne Road, Dublin, Ireland.

Finally, Delticom AG only receives the results of the survey. Survey Monkey will handle the participants' data as follows on behalf of Delticom AG:

§6 Liability, third-party software

Any liability on the part of Delticom AG is limited to intent and gross negligence. Delticom AG is not liable for any manipulations or interventions in the course of the raffle. Injuries to life, body and health are excluded from this exclusion of liability.
The operator is not liable for problems or technical malfunctions of telephone networks or telephone connections, online network systems, servers, providers, computer hardware or software, emails and entries received due to technical problems or overload of the Internet, the telephone network or a website or a combination of the above cases. The operator is also not liable for damages to hardware or software of the participants, which were caused by the participation in the action or result from it. The operator is not liable for defects or damages to the prize.

§7 Exclusion from the lottery

Employees of Delticom AG, its affiliates and their relatives are not eligible to participate. Legal recourse is excluded.

§8 Miscellaneous

Should any provision of these conditions of participation be or become invalid in whole or in part, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. The invalid provision shall be replaced by the legally permissible provision which comes as close as possible to the economic meaning and purpose expressed in the invalid provision. The same applies in the event that these conditions of participation contain an unintentional loophole.
