    1. Can I change my delivery address after I have placed my order?

      Please contact us as soon as possible if you would like to change your delivery address after you have placed your order. Delivery services cannot accept address changes from customers directly. 
      Please email us at mytyres@delti.com and we will assist you.



    2. Can I change the date of delivery?

      As soon as the tyres have left our warehouses and are on their way to you, we unfortunately cannot change the delivery date because the courier company plans their delivery route, date and times independently. If required, please check if it’s possible for a neighbour to accept the goods on your behalf. If there is nobody to accept the goods when the courier company arrives, they will leave a note with a telephone number asking you to call and arrange a new delivery date.



    3. Do you deliver to other countries too?

      Yes, we certainly do deliver to other countries. You can find a list of countries we ship to at the bottom of the www.mytyres.co.uk page and you will be linked to the respective webpage. If you are looking to purchase in bulk (10 tyres or more) we can arrange a special discounted delivery price with our shipping company. For more information on this, please send an e-mail to mytyres@delti.com.



    4. How do I find out exactly when the goods will be delivered?

      As soon as the goods you have ordered have left our warehouse, you will receive an e-mail from us informing you of the estimated date of delivery. We unfortunately cannot give you an exact time frame for delivery, as the courier companies organise their delivery routes and times independently.



    5. How do you deliver and what happens if I’m not at home?

      We use the courier companies DPD and GLS for deliveries. If you are not at home, the driver will try to leave the items with a neighbour. If this is not possible, you will be left with a delivery attempt notice with contact details of the courier company so that you can arrange a new delivery date with them directly. 



    6. International express delivery available?

      We offer tyres by express delivery to over 200 countries worldwide. If we at Delticom AG do not operate an internet shop in your country, we would be glad to quote a tyre price that includes express delivery to your door in the country in question.

      Shipments are forwarded by air freight and normally take only few days to arrive. Please note that our offer for declarable consignments exclude import taxes and customs duties (DDU price). However, we are also ready to assume all import taxes and duties, which we will have to invoice to you. In order to receive our price quote, please send us a message by e-mail to international.delivery@delti.com that includes the following information:

      • Your name, email and telephone. Business customers should also provide company name, form and tax number.
      •  Invoice and delivery address.
      • Number and description of tyres of interest. It is enough to write the tyre size and not the full tyre nomenclature.

      If our price offer is to your satisfaction we will send you our order confirmation with all details. Payment has to be effected in advance by wire transfer. Please note that orders are processed only after receipt of payment. Tyres that have been sold and shipped cannot be returned, all sales by international express delivery are final.

    7. Is it possible to have the tyres delivered to another, alternative address?

      We can deliver to any British address, be it to a customer’s home address or to any other alternative address such as a one of our fitting station partners.



    8. What happens if the courier company doesn’t deliver the tyres? Will you send me replacements?

      If this is the case, then of course you will receive replacement goods. Please let us know either by e-mail at mytyres@delti.com or by calling us free of charge on 0808 1891233 (Mon. – Fri. 7am-9pm). Please remember to have your order number (RD No.) at hand.



    9. What happens if there is a delay in delivery?

      If for any reason there is a manufacturer supply shortage for the tyres you ordered, you will be informed about this immediately and at the same time be offered a suitable alternative.



    10. Where will the tyres be delivered to?

      During the ordering process you will be asked to choose a delivery address. This allows you to have the items and invoice sent to different addresses. If you cannot or do not want to accept the tyres at your home address you can have them sent to another, separate address (the delivery address). The invoice, however, will always be sent to the billing address of your payment type. You can choose whatever address you like for your delivery address. This could be your local garage, vehicle repair centre or one of our tyre fitting station partners.



    11. Who will deliver the tyres?

      Our shipments are delivered by Deutsche Paketdienst (DPD) or General Logistics Systems (GLS).
