    I have accidentally ordered tyres that I do not require. What can I do?

    If you have accidentally ordered tyres from us, of course we can cancel your order. We strive to make sure you are satisfied with every delivery from us, which is why you can return your purchased products within 30 days if necessary. This, in fact, exceeds the legally-required minumum of two weeks guaranteed returns period.
    Only customised and personalised goods can be excluded form the right to cancel. Goods that are produced after the customer has ordered them (for example because they are out of stock) can be returned in the framework of the right to cancel.
