Comment:
We have put the S-02 after diesel gas test device has been added to normal Mazda`s saloon diesel engine. After dyno run it was obvious that serial Turanza ER 30 are not going to be capable to deliver 440 Nm on the road through such front wheel drive concept. S-02 exhibits astonishing traction on dry & wet. Dry cornering and breaking is somewhat behind Potenza 055A and especially Potenza S-03, but as a wet tyre it is absolute high end. No serial road tyre can match such wet performance in cornering and high speed breaking. Radial deformation at speeds over 200 kmh is minimal. Due to the excellent rolling ressistance car is capable to achive higher top speed than it woult be possible with Turanza ER 30 or ER 300. And of course, forget comfort. This is top end performance tyre. Regardless it`s tread patern, we expect extreme noise due to hammering effect after some 30-50% tread is worn. Iff you want sport, then buy S-02 and ejoy the new limits.
