I am not an aggressive rider so the ratings are made in that context. For my style these tyres provide everything I require. They are noticeably better than the OE Dunlops, especially in wet conditions.

Comment:
This is the second BT023 for this bike. I got over 8000 miles from the predecessor. A confidence inspiring tyre, warms up quickly, even in the wet, and provides excellent braking performance. Responds well to spirited riding or relaxed motorway cruising with to tracking tendencies over white lines/road markings. May not have the outright grip of sportier tyres, but then this is a longer-lasting touring tyre with sporting pretensions rather than an outright sports tyre.

well worth the saving if you can fit yourself which is only possible if you have a compressor (tubeless)
