Only 3000 miles on tires, so not going to draw any conclusions yet, but so far so good. Definitely glad to go to www.tires-easy.com for an incredible deal! I did my research, and the Nexen tires are receiving a fair amount of respect, considering they are very fairly priced. The tread is designed for a combination of aggressiveness and traction. I can tell you this--I've taken them out in some pretty crazy downpours, and they have yet to lose traction or hydroplane. Like I said--so far, so good.

Best tire I have had on the Matrix. I am on my second set, for the money you can't beat them. I do switch to studded snows during storms, and would not want to use these in very heavy snow, but then my tire width is 215, quite wide so they float on deep snow, a few inches no problem. On dry pavement they are outstanding, in the rain they work just fine, overall xcellent tires and a bargain !
